By registering and using Prodex.id services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Prodex.id is an AI-powered Jira ticket automation platform allowing Product Managers to automatically convert Figma designs into Jira tickets. Services include generating user stories, requirements, negative cases, and pushing tickets directly to Jira.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts.
Prodex.id uses a balance (wallet) system with a pay-per-use model. Every new user receives 2 free trial generations. Once the trial is exhausted, users need to top up to continue. Fees are charged based on AI use per ticket generated. Topped-up balances are non-refundable unless a technical error occurred on our end.
Our service integrates with Figma API and Jira API. You are responsible for the API tokens you input into our system. Ensure the tokens used have appropriate permissions. We are not liable for policy changes or service disruptions from Figma or Atlassian Jira.
You are prohibited from using our services for: (a) illegal activities; (b) distributing harmful or misleading content; (c) attempting to damage or disrupt our systems; (d) accessing other users' data without permission; (e) using services for spam or excessive automated activities.
All content, features, and functionality of Prodex.id are owned by Prodex.id and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the service under these terms. The tickets and content generated from your Figma designs are yours.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee AI generation results are always accurate or meet expectations — AI results must be reviewed and adjusted by users before use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change service prices with at least 7 days' notice via Discord or platform notifications.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through amicable discussions, and if no agreement is reached, resolved in competent courts of Indonesia.
