We collect the following information when you use Prodex.id: (a) Account information: encrypted email and password; (b) API Tokens: Figma token and Jira token you enter, stored encrypted; (c) Usage data: number of generates, history of tickets created, and AI token usage; (d) Transaction data: top up and balance deduction history; (e) Technical data: activity logs for debugging and service improvement purposes.
The information we collect is used to: (a) Provide and improve Prodex.id services; (b) Process balance transactions and payments; (c) Send important notifications regarding the account; (d) Analyze usage to improve service quality; (e) Ensure security and prevent platform abuse.
Your data is securely stored in cloud server facilities managed with high industry standards. We implement data encryption at-rest and in-transit. The API tokens you enter are stored securely and are only used for system integration as requested. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We use trusted third-party services to ensure our services run optimally. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) cloud computing and database providers to store data securely; (b) third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to automatically analyze and process designs; (c) hosting and server infrastructure providers; and (d) API integration with design and project management platforms you use. Each of these third-party services operates under their respective privacy policies.
When you enter a design link, we read its metadata (such as frame name, components, text) using the token you provide. This data is sent to our AI service to generate tickets, and is then temporarily stored as cache for system efficiency. We do not store permanent copies of your original files.
We implement the following security measures: data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security in the database to ensure each user can only access their own data, encrypted stored API tokens, and strict admin access. However, no system is 100% secure — we advise you to immediately rotate your tokens if you suspect a breach.
You have the right to: (a) Access the personal data we store; (b) Update or correct inaccurate data; (c) Delete your account and associated data; (d) Revoke API token access at any time via Settings; (e) Obtain a copy of your data. To submit a request, contact us via our Discord community.
We use session tokens stored in the browser to maintain your login status. No tracking cookies or advertising are used on our platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via Discord or notifications on the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
